How To Reduce Pain In Muscles And Joints?

I have muscle and joint pain as a reaction to a booster pneumonia vaccination. When taking Advil to relieve the pain I get tired and get a headache about 4 to 5 hours after taking one coated tablet. Is there something else I can take that won t have these side effect?

There is sure shot herbal medicine for that. If you start taking Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp bd with water or warm milk daily, see in few days. Added advantage is if you take Neem leaves powder (Azadirachta indica) with it separately or with honey. In India its common. Elsewhere you may try Haridra capsules ( its turmeric), Neem capsules. Take 2 bd for 2-4 weeks.

It will help you. Safe, no interaction with other med. No side effects.
