How to reduce pain in feet?

I am 77 years old and in good health. I give the dog a forty five minute walk each day and play two rounds of golf a week, walking. My feet hurt every night and the pain can keep me awake. Not so bad if I elevate my feet. After about 9 holes of golf my feet start to hurt quite badly. When I am sitting around my feet hurt nd I have to remove my shoes. What can I do to stop or minimize the pain?

I have read your query.

You just need to do stretch exercises of leg and foot as upload on you tube.

Take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day if you have not renal and gastric problem or discuss it with your doctor.

I hope it helps.
