How To Reduce Pain In Elbow?

I have joint pain in my right elbow. At first it was just in the joint. Now it s also in surrounding muscles. Nothing I ve tried helps. Advil, extra strength Tylenol, icy hot cream and salonpaus. Is there another over the counter pain relief I can try? Thanks Kathy YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Elbow pain can be related to inflammation of one or both of the elbow's tendons.
I see that you have already used some medications to treat the pain.
I recommend to try Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
