How To Reduce Pain, Cuts And Bleeding While Passing Bowel Movements?

Hi, for about a year now I have had constant pain while making bowel movements. There are paper -like cuts all around my perianal area and they bleed every time I make a bowel movement. Recently I found a hard straight lined bump on my perineum. I don t know what to do anymore, please help me.

Hi.

You could be straining too much while passing your bowels and you will have to stop doing that. In the mean time try to keep your perineum, anal and genital region clean. You can also apply a topical antibiotic over the region, increase your fiber intake and drink plenty of water. Mild walking about an hour after each meal, and using a laxative after consultation with a doctor in your region will also help.

Best wishes.
