Do some Physical activity and try to do some abdominal Exercises, cycling, swimming, and jogging. Avoid junk food, chocolates, ice creams, sweets, red meat. Include Salad, fruits, fresh vegetable.

My tummy is getting bigger. i want to make it flat. my age is 33.

It is easy. Do Jogging daily for 30 minutes and you will see the effects. Also take limited food especially those more in oils, fats and sugars. I just tried with sugarless coffee and found a difference of 2kgs.
