How To Reduce Knee Pain When Diagnosed With Arthritis And Spurs On Knees?

I m having severe knee pain, can t remember any recent injury. I m 83 female and kno I have arthrits spurs on my knees. It s very painful to bear weight, am using a Rolator to get around. With the meds I m on I m told not to use NSICs I do take Tramadol 50ms 2x daily and Tylenol 2 or 3 x daily. Have icon it right now because I aggravated it this evening. This all began early last Tuesday.

HI,thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have a history of arthritis in the knees then this can cause severe pain. The tramadol and tylenol dosing frequency can be increased, tylenol can be taken up to 4 times daily and the tramdol , 3 times daily.

The dose of tramadol can also be increased if needed but this would be associated with increased drowsiness.

In some persons using chrondrotin and glucosamine is helpful.
