How To Reduce Fat From Hips?
Hello, I am a 79 year old male in fairly good health for my age. I do exercises at the gym three times a week and I also walk at a good pace most afternoons. However, after trying many types of diets ? I still have a big gut 41 inches and hips 40 inches. I would like to find a simple eating plan that would help me get down from my 90 Ks to 80 Ks. I cook for myself and enjoy healthy foods.

Diet control and exercise will be useful to an extent. In severe cases, surgical removal of the fat otherwise called as liposuction may be needed. Consult a plastic surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.
