How To Reduce Chest Wall Conjusion?
I HAVE PAIN ON MY RIGHT BREAST , ON MY RIGHT HAND AND AT THE BACK, WHEN I SHOWED THE DOCOTORS THEY TOLD THE CHEST WALLS ARE CONJUSTED,IT WILLREDUCE AFTER TAKING THE MEDICINES. NOW BEFORE TWO DAYS ON MY LEFT BREAST A SMALL BLUE BLACK MARK WAS FOUND . WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your doctor rightly said you that you have congestion and probably for which, I think, he has given you some antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Please do continue what your doctor has prescribed you. With this you may have some hot compression over the breast twice daily. A small blue black mark on your left breast probably was because of some trivial trauma.
