How To Reduce Blood Sugar Level Along With Pain In Leg And Thigh?
I AM 39 YEARS OLD MAN.I AM SUFFERING FROM HIGH BLOOD SUGAR.( 240 WITH FASTING AND 416 AFTER FOOD 1.5 HOURS)NOW I AM TAKIMG INSULIN WITH A DOSAGE OF 12 POINTS IN MORNING AND 6 POINTS DURING NIGHT (BOTH 20 MINUTES BEFORE FOOD),WALKING 30 MINUTES EVERYDAY MORNING .DIET INCLUDES RICE DURING LUNCH ONLY.5 WHEAT DOSA DURING NIGHT ,MORNING 4 IDLY OR 4 DOSA.BUT I FEEL HUNGRY DURING 11 O CLOCK IN MORNING AGAIN.THAT TIME I USED TO HAVE ONE CARROT AND ONE APPLE OR ORANGE .DOCTOR PRESCRIBED THE DOSAGE OF INSULIN. IT WAS INFORMED IT IS THAT TYPE 1 SUGAR FOR ME.NOW I AM HAVING PAIN IN LEG AND THIGH MUSCLES. PLEASE REPLY HOW CAN I REDUCE MY BLOOD SUGAR
Imagine a food plate. 25% of it should be complex carbs (lentils / rajma / chole etc), 40% protein, 30% fiber (leafy vegetables / fruits) & 5% fat (healthy oil - don't overheat while cooking) Try to eat a lot at breakfast and very very little at night (even just having a glass of milk and nothing else will work) Brisk walking for at-least 30 mins daily would work magic. You'll see your blood sugar reduced considerably if you follow this.
