hey, im taking ARV S, SO MY WEIGHT WAS BIG, SO I DECIDED TO USE BANTING AFTER THAT I LOSS WEIGHT, SO I STOPPED USING BANTING AND CONTINUE WITH MY REGULAR MEAL, STILL LOSING WEIGHT SO I WANT TO STOP LOSSING MY WEIGHT THAT, IS PRACTIN TABLET HELP ME TO GAIN A SIGHTLY WEIGH? PLEASE HELP. OR WHAT DO YOU RECCOMENDED ME TO USE?

I can understand your concern.
Better not to try any commercially available drugs for weight gain as none of them are US FDA approved and have many side effects.
So don't use practin tablets.
High protein diet like eggs, pulses, protein powder will be helpful for gaining weight.
Along with diet, exercise is also important.
Milk and milk products (cheese, butter) are also good for weight gain.
