Hi, I am about to start taking pregnacare conception. I have been trying to have a child for a few months now and it s been hard, probably trying at the wrong time. But what I want to know is whether I can take them during my menses because I am currently menstruating and how soon it works to have a baby

Pregnacare medicine is a vitabiotic, which is taken to ensure proper functioning of ovaries and keeping the tissues healthy for proper ovulation process.

It would be ideal to take it as one tablet a day beginning from day 1 of the menstrual period for 30 days.

Generally, ovulation occurs by 13th day of the period in a regular cycle of 28 days. Hence, you need to time intercourse from 11th day to 17th day, which would improve the chances of conception.
