How To Postpone Menstruation For Two Days?

How to postpone menstruation for 2-3 days to attend an event. I am 40 years old, 157cm height, 60kg weight, and i have a regular 28-days menstrual cycle. I am a healthy individual with normal vital signs. no past medical history of any abnormalities. Just now it is like coming earlier than 3 days. Thank you

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are ways to delay your period.

If you use oral contraceptives, do not take the 7 day break. If you continue to use the active pills, it will delay the period.

If you do not use oral contraceptives then you can norethisterone. The normal dose given is 5 mg, 3 times a day. it should be started 3 to 4 days until the period is due.
It can be continued up to 2 weeks or until you want to have your period.
You would need a prescription from your doctor.
