How To Overcome The Swelling In My Ankles?
Yes you may, my ankles are swollen severley, my right one worse than left..... I don t mean a little it s like 2 -3 times the normal size. They really don t hurt, but the tightness bothers me. If you can Please help me understand this............ Thanks
