Difficulty in falling a sleep at night may have lots of causes.
Few things like worries ,
depression, use of stimulant drink which contain caffeine, coffee , change of sleeping habit are usual causes.
Few tips you can use like do not drink stimulant drink which contain caffeine or coffee in evening or night time. Expose yourself for good tender sunlight in morning as well as evening , sunlight helps in controlling our biological clock.
Don't do heavy exercise in evening,while mild exercise can be useful. Do not use bed or bedroom for certain activities like reading, watching TV ,or computer work. Maintain proper sleeping hours. Naps during day time may delay sleep at night. Staying in bed for long (more than half hour)while waiting for getting sleep not advisable.
This are the few tips which you can use.
Sleeping pills should not be taken without advise of doctor. If you still need tablets than visit to your physician would be in best interest of you.
