How To Overcome Mild Depression?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from mild depression. I am scared about my thoughts. I just think of past and keep worrying about small things which is useless. But still i cant control those thoughts. I have taken Nexito and clonotril tablets for around 4 yrs with breaks in between. Now i am planning for pregnancy. But its been 2 months i have discontinued the tablets. Again the same depression has started. What should i do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query

I would think its best for you to consult with the same doctor who has been treating you in the past, so that he would be able to adjust the dosage and change some of the drugs that are safe in pregnancy.

I hope this helps.
Thank you
