Hi, im worried about my lifestyle and decission making. Ive had annual periods of feeling low and mixed emotions but i feel like these feelings are becoming a regular thing and at these times i have to drop everything im doing to try build myself back up. I have been feeling low and confused since before xmas and it has a destructive result on my lifestyle.

Phases like these happen to almost all at some period of time when nothing seems to be going right or making sense. Don't worry, keep repeating to yourself that this is just a passing phase. Something good will come your way soon. Meanwhile, try doing something that calms your mind. A constructive activity. If the situation still gets worse, you must take professional help in dealing with it.
