Hello and welcome to HCM
I have read your query.
I hope this will help
Your are suffering from DYSMENORRHEA defined as severe lower abdominal pain caused by spasm in uterine muscles occurring at time of menses..
MIDOL extended relief formulation is a good choice for relief of pain..however as your pain is not relieving by them following could help:
Use tab diclofenac sodium 50mg or tab naproxen 500mg on day 1of menses 2 times a day and later on when pain is starting again
You can also add tab mebeverine to these for better control of pain..
Don't worry much dysmenorrhea is a benign condition.
I hope I answered your question
