How To Manage Blisters Around The Toe?

My husband said he has a blister between his big toe and the second toe. He said it was painful. I took a look at it and to me it looks like a boil. I put some callus remover medicine on it, bu don t know what else to do except wait for a day or two. Any suggestions?

Looks like Friction blister
If blister is large and intact, aspiration of fluid should be done.
If already ruptured, apply mupirocin cream locally twice daily
Review after 5 days.
Take care.
