How To Make A Child Start Talking?

hello sir,

my 3 year old son not yet started talking and not responding to his name,but he listens music very well and he'll enjoy it.when ever he wants some thing he'll just pull me there and trying to get things by giving signs.some times he behaves very different and never pay attention and he is too active and remember everything.he used to ru like no controle on him.please suggest me sir,how to train him.

How is his non verbal communication? How is his socialization?
In my opinion your child may have specific language delay or autism. You should get a formal assessment by a developmental and behavioural paediatrician. Only after proper assessment can we start specific therapy for him.
