How To Lower Triglyceride Level?

Hi,my S G P T is 19,blood urea is 25.9 S Creatinine is 1.0,other kidney report is normal ,but my serum cholesterol is 220 Serum triglycerides is 219,S Hdl is 44, ldl cholesterol Id 132.2, S VLDlL is 43.8 Should I take medicine ? I am male aged 43 years.Please guide me

Dear Sir,

In your age if you don't have coronary heart disease or diabetes mellitus there is no need to take medication for high triglyceride level.
You should do lifestyle changes: exercise much, avoid fast food, soda, sweets, eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, much sea fish.

You should lose weight if you are overweight

Your triglyceride level will decrease gradually
