Apart from taking medicines prescribed by nephrologist, you should also go for certain steps for good prognosis.
Herbal tea and green tea is good for renal impairment. You should also discuss with doctor about salvia(a herb).
you should also change ur lifestyle. keep your body hydrated with 8 glass of water daily to keep ur kidney functioning. You should limit you physical activities as excessive physical activity causes increased creatinine level. The other thing is that u should sleep well which is good for health.Take your medication on time to restrict BP in normal range.
Thanks.
