How To Lower Body Temperature?

I feel like my body is getting more internal heat than normal. Often getting heat boils and dry cough. Taking oil bath(Sesame oil) controls the heat for few days and again getting same thing. now a days am drinking minimum 2 liters of water daily. Eating chicken and shrimp produce more heat. If i take B-Complex tablet, it controls the heat for that day. How is B-Complex controlling the heat ? Do i lack any vitamins or minerals in body because of which am facing this issue? any natural way(food) to control the heat without taking B Complex ?

Hi,

Take proper water, healthy diet including fruits like salad etc. Take lemon water 2-3 times a day, take butter milk during day time. Avoid spicy food and junk food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
