need a few questions answered I am a 21 year old female who has lost 60 pounds over the past two years. over the past month however I seem to just pack on pounds like crazy. I haven't changed my diet but I seem to always be hungry and can't stop thinking about food. I try to avoid high dat foods and eat a lot of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. I am very active working two full time kitchen jobs. I am so terrified of gaining weight again and am unsure why recentwly I can't seem to maintain my 135 pound goal. I am 5'10. currently a little over 140 pounds. question 2 I am an assistant manager of a subway and there are a lot of details I need to remember. as well as with my second job. when I was in high school I always had a hard tume paying attention and concentrating on my homework. its hard for me to have conversations with my friends and boyfriend. I constantly feel like I have 1000 things running through my mind and its hard to sort through them. when I was in school they wanted me to be tested for add. I was against any sort of medication at the time but now I think getting treatment or tested would be worth it. I have no health insurance so I don't know how to go about seeing a doctor on a very low income monthly. thanks for reading!!!
