Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history your cholesterol level is definitely high and it cannot be considered within limit especially your total cholesterol and triglycerides level

To reduce cholesterol level you have to adopt Healthy lifestyle changes and you have to exercise more and fruits taken more.

Sedentary lifestyle is to be avoided.

For your ECG finding I will recommend to investigate again with repeat EKG.

I hope this will help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
