HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If he is not gaining enough weight according to his weight measurement at the doctor's office, then he may need to increase his calorie intake.

This means that the amount of calories that he gets from his milk and other foods would need to increase.
At his age, milk would still the main food for him, cereal can be added to increase the calorie value.
It is important to make sure that he uses enough milk in a 24 hour period.

In terms of supplements for babies, this would need to be recommended by his doctor. The supplements available for babies vary from place to place so it would depend on what is present in your area.

I hope this helps
