General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The low sperm count may be in relation with testosterone level alteration leading to sperm production issues. It is best recommended to get a detailed evaluation of all the hormone parameters with serum testosterone, LH and FSH for the primary evaluation along with Doppler ultrasound of the both testicles as varicocele is most common cause of secondary infertility. If any of your reports are available with you, kindly share with me during follow up discussion please.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
