How to improve vitamin B12 levels?

Hi, I have a dilema. I need to increase my B12, however when I took it I found out I was allergic to the cobalt. Beef and it s liver are the highest source of B12 but I also have high cholesterol. I do not take a statin because my ratio is good and my triglyceride is low. What to do? Jennifer

hello
you must see a physician for this for cause of B12 deficiency.
the cause once known has to be dealt with simultaneously
Anemias, malaborption of food are common causes besides many other causes
Deficiency can be supplemented with B12 containing medicines both in tablet forms and injections-methycobalamin,cyanocobalamin,neurobion etc
milk,yogurt,eggs,swiss cheese are good sources
