How To Improve Facial Hair Growth?

Hi Doctors, I wanted to know whether there is any treatment for growing beard and mustache. Im 23. I wanted to know which doctor to consult and is there is really a treatement for this or there is no way that i can grow my mustache and beard. Im now in chennai (India). Can any one suggest a good doctor or clinic for this treatment. Thanks in advance

You have not written your gender. If you are a female then there are no such chemicals that can permanently remove hair follicles. Permanent hair removal is possible only by laser. Hair removing devices remove hair temporarily because they do remove hair follicles permanently. If you don’t want to spend money for permanently removing hair then waxing is a better option. You can use over the counter hair removal cream. But, both waxing and hair removal creams remove hair temporarily.
Advice
1.     Consult a dermatologist who is doing permanent hair removal by laser such as Kaya skin clinic, VLCC etc.
