How To Improve Blood Circulation In Feet?

I was tested and find that my circulation to my feet has lessened. I am 80 years old, in great health, work out seriously, and show no symptoms such as pain, cramping , etc in the lower legs or feet. I walk daily and easily, walk steps daily (live in a two story home, what can I do to improve the diagnosis?

You are wondering how to improve the circulation in your feet. From your description you are doing everything that you possibly can. The only additional thing that might help is adding an aspirin daily. By keeping active and exercising you keep those arteries open and functioning. Since you have no symptoms of blockage then the blockage is not significant enough to be of any importance.
