How To Heal Wrist Snapping And Thumb Dislocation After 3 Years Of Rifle Mediated Right Hand Injury?

My right hand was smashed by an M1 rifle in 2011 and it bruised a bone in my fore-arm to my hand and I don't think it healed properly. Since that accident, my right wrist will constantly snap and my thumb will also dislocate itself on a constant basis. I have tried wearing a hand-brace, ice and heat. Not sure why my wrist will constantly snap and thumb dislocates self still after three years of the accident.
