Hi,

You seem to have planter keratoderma. The skin of sole near heel may be tough, hard and dry. It may be due to some cause or may be without cause. Vitamin A and vitamin E may be taken for long time. Apply keratolytic oint like whitfields oint or urea containing oint on the heel. However, you consult dermatologist for firm treatment. Cap. Acitretin 10 mg for few weeks would be helpful, but should be taken under observation of dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
