My fiancee has recently told me he is suicidal more than ever. He says he has heard a voice that has been with him since he was little. It sounds like him but it's not him. He says that it corrupts his soul. That it wants him to do bad in life. And that drugs are the only thing that has worked to silence it. He wants to be good but the voice is stronger. Not the voice of addiction. This was before addiction. Background his dad committed suicide when he was five his sister who is seven years older tortured him mentally n brought gang members around his mother mentally messes with him into needing her. He started drugs around 16 he is 25. He is also a victim of sexual abuse. Please help on what this evil inside him is and what I need to do. Psych dr?
