How To Handle A Heart Patient Having High Blood Pressure?

Sir my mother is a heart patient with MVR in 2005 and now she is on the following medicines
1)acitrom 2/3 mg, (2)cordarone 100mg (3)lasilactone 50mg (4)lonazep 0.5 mg (5)telmisartan tablet 40mg started two days ago
today her blood pressure is suddenly has shoot up to 140/90 and she is feeling uneasiness what should we do now?

You can give her another half tablet of telmosartan, it will help to regulate her blood pressure.
