Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In ADHD child, it is very difficult to diagnose underline bipolar manic episode. Only clinically, a psychiatrist could make the diagnosis. Impulsive behavior, aggression, hyperactivity is part of both. In that case, clinical observation and detailed history would help to make diagnosis. In medicine, you can start risperidone after psychiatrist consultation.

Thanks
