How To Get Rid Of White Itchy, Raised Bumps On My Arms?

I have white itchy, raised bumps on my arms.. there s some that has spread to my chest and my face. they don t get all the time but I have been stressed out so I m not sure if that could lead to the rash. also woke up with Hickey like marks on my stomach

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description its looks like you are having episodes of urticaria or hives, a kind of allergic skin eruption.
I would advise you to consult a dermatologist for proper management.
Usually i advise a long term course of various antihistaminics with or without corticosteroids.
Also, in certain non-responding cases various other medications like dapsone, montelukast, cyclosporine, omalizumab can be tried.
