hello. I am 20 years old and have had white pimple like bumps on my testicles for years. its.not just a couple either. likely hundreds and they will not go away. they don t hurt or itch. just unsightly. I am pretty concerned. what are they and how do I get rid of them?

You seem to be having sebaceous gland hyperplasia ie enlargement of oil glands. These are characterised by numerous skin colored to pale yellow color raised bumps. if small in size can be cauterised and if large then surgical excision might be required. Please meet a dermatologist or a surgeon nearby.
