How To Get Rid Of The Small White Heads On Upper Lip?

recently i have started getting lot of small small white heads on upperlip and chin which looks really owful and if i squeez it then it gives black spots and its coming again .i tried steaming keeping it clean dry every thing,now what should i do?now a days i am doing lot of work day n overnight

Thanks for writing to us.
To treat your white heads,
Firstly, get it extracted by a dermatologist.
Start applying tretinoin gel like sotret/nexret/supatret in a small amount over affected area in night
Use a salicylic acid face wash twice in a day( spongysal/saslic/ahaglow s/dacne etc)
To treat your black marks, apply azelaic acid or kojic acid cream over affected area.
