I am 42 years old.I have accute malasma on my face.Is it cureable or not .I haveused so many cream like elocon,melalite,eslite,kojivit.but its all not beneficial for myface.wat will i do .These days laser treatment going on.it will be beneficial or not

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Melasma is a condition leading to Hyperpigmentation spots on the face and is mainly hormonal in nature..
As the condition needs a long duration of treatment so you need to keep patience and continue using the treatment for long durations and can continue for years..
As you are undergoing lazer treatment it is generally helpful in reducing pigmentation but it will give complete resolution will depend upon the severity of pigmentation..
You should also wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You should continue using Kojivit as it is a safe and effective depigmentation formula..
You can scrub your face twice a week using gentle scrub..
You can also take Vitamin C supplements and drink plenty of water..
You can also avoid sun exposure and apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
