Hello and welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
Two broad options are available to improve the appearance of any accidental scar, the first one being an ablative laser and the second being a surgical scar revision.

The laser treatment is carried out in multiple sittings (on an average 5-6) at intervals of 4 weeks, which gradually make the scar appear much lighter and elevated.
The surgical option is a one time procedure, more suitable for scars which are along the lines of closure, which in your case would be a scar parallel to the forearm bones.
To determine which option is most suitable for you, it would be helpful if you could send me a picture of your scar.

For the pricing, you will have to contact the treating doctor, who will help you out with same depending on the size of your scar & the treatment course decided.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
