How To Get Rid Of Reddish Sore At The Top Of Buttocks?
I have a small redish sore at the top of my buttcrack, close to my coxic bone. Sometimes it itches and feels like I have fluid underneath the skin. Sometimes when it gets inflamed, it is so sore that the pain is so bad that I can barely sit down. How can I relieve pain and treat the sore?

from your history it looks like we are dealing with a pilonidal sinus..
this is very common in that area.
for now do some dry dressing with antibiotic
avoid prolonged sitting.
avoid sitting on a hard surface.
take NSAID FOR PAIN.
oral antibiotics.
consult a surgeon because there is Z plasty which can give total relief.
