Hi doctor im really destressed to be going through a premature aging experience right now, im greying a little on the beard and hairline and im wrinkling badly under the eyes especially more prounouced when i wake up so i put it down to my sleep compression on the pillow but the wrinkles are getting really deep now, it all started about 6 months ago when my skin became very thin then my face just dropped and looks sunk and i didnt realise at 1st i thought i just put on weight but to my horror my face is sagging then the wrinkles are appearing due to my thin excess sagging skin around the jawline and eyes worst part of all this is i know you should grow old gracefully but im only 28, 29 next month and i feel like ive lost 10 15 years of my life, the last 2 years have been stressful but surely i should not be aging this month i feel like ive lost my youth, any suggestions to help me on my living nightmarer would be much appreciated
