Hi, Thanks for your question. After going through your question I can understand your concern. Most likely there is developing cellulitis with impending abscess formation. It is advisable to take antibiotic like Amoxicilin with Clavulunic acid along with anti inflammatory and antacid. If no relief or there appears new symptoms like fever or increase in size of swelling, you should consult general surgeon immediately. In that case it may require drainage. Also check your blood sugar levels to rule out possibility of Diabetes. Hope this helps you, if so do vote.
