How To Get Rid Of Itchy Bumps Between My Left Thigh And Scrotum?
Small brown oval shaped itchy bumps in the fold between my left thigh and scrotum. First appeared about a year ago with itching in that spot, but nothing was there. Noticed it around the time I was going to the gym working out and sitting in the steam room. They seem to be growing really fast now and traveling. I sent a pic to my doctor while I wait a couple weeks for my appointment, but he does not know what they are.

Hello, Welcome to HCM,
The history and symptoms suggest me that it may be a fungal infection but it should be confirmed by physical examination.
The genital and perineal area is known for fungal infection, as you are regularly going for the gym you may sweat a lot it may provoke the growth of fungus and produce these symptoms.
I would suggest you to follow 1.Keep the area clean and dry by applying Neosporin powder. 2.Apply Anti fungal cream on the affected area. 3.Oral Antihistamines to reduce the itching and swelling. 4.Single dose of Diflucan, 150 mg orally.
The aforementioned modalities will help to reduce the symptoms and improve the condition. Thank you.
