Months ago I noticed a few small freckle-like dots just beneath the skin on the palm of my hand. The spot became itchy and the number of dots increased. Soon, they were accompanied by small circles, or pockets , of pus, also beneath the skin. My palm was very itchy. Eventually, the skin of my palm started flaking off over and over again. We have tried Clindamycin, penicillin, steroid/anti fungal creams and a special ordered cream (used to treat parasitic worms). None of these has worked. The condition may improve, but only to come back just as strong or stronger.
