I have discolored lower legs that; as I was told, are due to poor valve function returning the blood back up my legs. I had 3 laser treatments on my right leg and 2 on my left leg. The legs are still very dark and these past 6 months my legs are itching like crazy. A dermatologist has me on creams and anti itch pills, but it still is driving me crazy. Is there anything else I can do? I am 5'6" 235lbs. and 60 years old.
