General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Mostly they are unlikely to enlarge. In case you are very thin and weak and the dents are at equal site on both sides. This could be due to weak muscles and fat distribution. These then can be corrected by proper diet and exercises to develop muscles under expert guidance. If the dents are pits and due to injections might be they are due to tissue injury and fibrosis and with very less chance of correction except for plastic surgery cosmetic treatment. For specific advise, please get your family physicians consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
