How To Get Rid Of Deep Cut Marks Which Are Dark On Arms?

i had cut my arms by blade 2 yrs ago till now very deep and these marks are become dark thr i m 22 yrs old .plz help me how to get rid of dat. i dont hv money to go 4 expensive treatment i wl b greateful if u tell me the ointment name.or any suggestion for removing these marks

Deep marks can get lighten only by some skin lightening creams , however , unlikely to get back your skin texture back over that part , if the cut was deep.
However , you may post us a photograph of that area , we would try to help you our best.
