Dear user of HCM! Thank you for sharing your concerns with us!
You have tried for 6 months to get pregnant and this is not to much time. Remember that you should have sexual intercourses with your partner especially in fertile days. If you have a cycle of 28 days, then the ovulation of the egg is on 14th day. So you must have sex regulary for a week, starting 3 days before and 3 days after your 14th day. The chances of getting pregnant in these days are higher.
It doesn't matter you discharge before or after your partner. It's important that your partner ejaculates deep inside you and you should lie in a position that doesn't allow sperm to get out!
Be patient, some women need a year to get pregnant. If you don't get pregnant until then, both of you have an appointment with your doctor for more details.
I wish you all the best! Best regards! Dr Eriol.
