hi i have a question
i have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months now and it has happened once about 2 months ago but eneded in a misscarriage i have had one healthy pregnancy and in june 29th of 2009 gave birth to a healthy baby boy through c-section but during the c-section there was some complication he was very stuck and when getting him out they accidently toar my uterus a little but us shows that it has healed nicely but i should have a c-section next time i get pregnant but the thing is im 21 have been trying for 6 months and nothing is happening i have also been taking prenatal vitamins to keep it a healthy pregnancy

Hi, Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. Though there was a tear during previous delivery with LSCS- it is usually stitched properly & heals well. It does not have much role in process of fertilization & conception.Please fprget about it & try without tension & negativity in mind. You should try with confirmed normality of ovulation, semen analysis, tubal patency. - a fit physical & psychological health 3 months before you plan for baby./ take tab. folic acid 5 mg & Evion capsule 200 me / day by both of you Have unprotected sex around ovulation day ( noted by LH surge test)- 2 days from the day test is +ve, the day of ovultion & 2 days after ovulation. -In case there is no +ve result in 6 months consult a sterility specialist. Thanks
