Hi doctor, i am shakthi about 22 years. I have dark skin and there about two months for my marriage,is there any possibilities to get red off dark skim or to get whiter . . Whether melacare, help s in my skim changes or is there any cream to get result soon in two months

Hello,

For getting fairer skin I would recommend you to take tablet glutathione 500 mg twice daily for 3-4 months. This will help in lightening of the skin. Melacare is not to be used for lightening of skin color. It can lead to side effects.
